Corn salad with walnuts and raspberries – It’s raspberry time! And the tasty berry tastes not only in the smoothie, but also to hearty corn salad with walnuts. A healthy combination
I love raspberries. I always used to avoid the fruit, today I can not get enough of it. In addition, the raspberry is super healthy; It contains vitamin C, as well as the minerals iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium and calcium. It also contributes to digestion due to the high content of fiber.
And lamb’s lettuce is by the way the healthiest of all types of lettuce. It contains vitamin C, iodine, phosphorus, calcium and folic acid. In fact, it tastes best to me.
And because it had to be fast again, I unpacked my salad carousel 2 from Tupperware. In a jiffy, the salad is thrown dry. The bowl can be transported with a normal lid (included in the set) and used directly for serving. Simply practical!
I served it but this time in the red 1.5 L Allegra bowl from Tupperware. Since it is also equipped with a lid, it is also perfect for take away. And the cool part is now in turquoise.
